With over 20 years of experience across CX/UX research and design, graphic design, art direction, and marketing, I’ve had the privilege of shaping user experiences in both agency and in-house environments spanning from Pittsburgh to Dubai. This diverse background has given me a global perspective and a deep understanding of how to craft meaningful, high-impact solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
At my core, I’m passionate about creating products that aren’t just functional, but genuinely enjoyable and intuitive. I bring a strategic mindset to every challenge, using research, testing, and analysis to uncover insights, solve problems, and design with empathy. My approach is always human-centered, balancing the voice of the user with measurable business outcomes.
I believe in continuous growth, both professionally and personally. That is why you will always find me listening to audio books, podcasts, or watching webinars and attending online conferences to further my education. This drive has also led me to become a certified UX Researcher and Designer through the Nielsen Norman Group, a confident leader through Dale Carnegie training, and a more effective communicator through Toastmasters. These experiences have helped me lead teams, influence stakeholders, and advocate for better user experiences at every stage of the design process.
